		Manufacturing of Moulds: Eltek Plast has been present for over thirty years in the manufacturing sector for thermoplastic materials. Inside its workshops tooling is produced for the output of precision technical articles for average and mass production applications. On request pilot moulds for pre series production can be manufactured in a few weeks time. Technical Department: Activities: • Design of moulds for thermoplastics • Co-design of technical items in thermoplastic material • Simulations of filling up and setting-up of the flows • Moulds testing and setting-up of the moulding technology Equipments: • 7 CAD 2D/3D ProEngineer workstations • 1 CAD 2D/3D Catia workstation • 1 CAE/Mold Flow workstation Catia, Iges, Dxf files import Workshop: Besides having specialised and high skilled operators, the workshop is equipped with the most modern and technologically advanced machine tools for the manufacturing of quality moulds suitable to average and high productions, the achievement of which can follow with still shorter lead time.
