Our “Research and Development" department focuses on customers’ requirements to reduce development time from a simple idea to production of the product itself. This is obtained through “simultaneous engineering” in collaboration with the customer. In this department, a team of engineers takes care of all that concerns design, development, project management and patents. The R&D department, with the aid of the most modern software available, promotes and supports innovation and gives birth to new ideas within the ELTEK Group Every new project is supervised by a Project Leader who keeps contacts with the customer. 3-D models and relative 2-D drawings of the project are realized during this phase. The project is developed with the support of software so as to perform computer-aided simulation-analysis. Our Prototyping Department assembles pre-series models for approval by the customer before main production. Modern lab equipment to perform accurate quality controls on products under development.
